World Memory Performance Record Framework

1. Name and Positioning

1.1 Framework Name

Official Name: World Memory Performance Record Framework

1.2 Framework Positioning

The World Memory Performance Record Framework is a specialized record framework for recording, archiving, managing, and displaying performance results in specific memory-related events.

The framework does not focus on comprehensive level certification, nor does it make a single conclusion about an individual’s overall capability. It is designed to establish a relatively unified, clear, and traceable record structure for actual performance results in specific memory events.

Within the WBO / WBEO memory credential and record system, this framework mainly serves the following functions:

· formal recording of performance results in specific memory events;

· organization and retention of staged performance outcomes;

· archival support for specialized performance results with record value;

· a basis for future inquiry, display, and verification.

The content presented under this framework reflects recorded performance results in specific memory areas. It does not constitute a comprehensive level determination and does not replace other certification or achievement-confirmation systems.

2. Scope of Application

The World Memory Performance Record Framework applies to performance record scenarios within memory-related projects.

Results that fall within the relevant scope and have been reviewed and confirmed as suitable for record inclusion may be recorded, organized, and managed under this framework in accordance with applicable rules, project arrangements, and execution standards.

This framework may apply to the following types of performance records:

· single performance results in specific memory events;

· staged performance results;

· official results formed through special training, certification, challenges, or related activities;

· other memory-related specialized performance results that are confirmed through review and have record value.

Specific applicable projects, record methods, material requirements, and execution standards may be determined according to project rules, practical needs, and current arrangements, and may be adjusted in stages as the framework develops.

3. Forms of Record

Under the World Memory Performance Record Framework, performance results may be recorded, archived, and displayed in different forms according to the applicable context.

Formal record documents may serve as an important form for expressing and retaining performance records in a standardized manner.

At the current stage, formal record forms may include:

· World Memory Performance Record Certificate

In addition to formal record documents, certain results and records formed through daily training, staged accumulation, or personal development may also be organized and retained through other record formats, such as the Cognitive Passport, a personal daily record booklet.

It should be noted that such record formats are mainly used for personal daily recording, staged organization, and growth retention. The content they contain is not automatically included within the formal determination scope of specialized performance records, nor does it automatically serve as the basis for official specialized performance record recognition.

Different record forms may vary in purpose, display format, and usage context. Content included in official unified records and management carries clearer formal record status, with corresponding record information serving as the basis for inquiry and verification.

4. Issuance, Archiving, and Verification

Formal record content under the World Memory Performance Record Framework is issued, organized, and managed by WBEO based on relevant record materials, review results, and applicable rules.

Performance results included within the formal record scope may be assigned corresponding identifiers, record information, or archive markers to support identification, traceability, and future verification.

When performance information is confirmed, queried, or verified, the official record information and corresponding explanations shall serve as the reference basis.

Where any of the following circumstances arise, the relevant content may be subject to review, supplementary explanation, deferred confirmation, or exclusion from formal record scope, in accordance with applicable rules:

· materials are incomplete;

· record abnormalities are identified;

· information is inconsistent;

· the source of the performance result cannot be effectively verified;

· the performance content does not match the applicable project scope;

· other circumstances that may affect authenticity, procedural consistency, or the accuracy of formal recording.

Once formally confirmed, a performance record may be included in the relevant record system for management. Specific record formats, inquiry methods, and verification mechanisms are governed by the current official rules and system settings.

5. Scope and Boundaries

The World Memory Performance Record Framework is used for the recording, organization, archiving, and display of specialized performance results.

This framework does not constitute a comprehensive level certification result. It is not equivalent to World Memory Level (WML) certification, and it does not replace the World Memory Special Achievement Framework, instructional qualification certification, administrative authorization, academic credential, or any other legally defined qualification document.

The content presented under this framework primarily reflects recorded performance results in specific memory areas. Its interpretation, use, and display boundaries shall be governed by applicable rules and official explanations.

A performance record included under this framework does not automatically constitute special achievement confirmation, a comprehensive certification result, or a higher-level qualification, nor does it necessarily represent the individual’s performance in other memory projects or comprehensive capability systems.

Specific record forms, application methods, execution standards, and verification arrangements may be optimized and adjusted in stages according to framework development, project arrangements, and practical needs.
